BARACK OBAMA MALE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND CONDITIONING UNIFORM

ThePhysical Education and Conditioning uniform consists of:

Ø           Navy Blue T-Shirt

Ø           Navy Blue Shorts

Ø           White Athletic Socks

Ø           Appropriate Footwear

Ø           Toiletries

Ø            Water bottle with non - spill lid

Ø            Sunblock

Correct Uniform must be worn for participation in class.

 

The expectations for the uniform are as follows:

Ø     T-shirt navy blue must have sleeves, no large logos on the front or back. Small brand logo`s are acceptable

Ø     Shorts must be navy blue, no longer than the knees

Ø     White sports socks, above ankle to prevent blisters.

Ø     Correct footwear must be worn, no shoes allowed.

Ø     Showers to be taken after work out, hygiene.

Ø     Water bottle must be brought to class to prevent dehydration during outside classes, as well as maximizing instructional time.
